Avocado Toast Points
Golden toast, fresh avocado, and a squeeze of citrus — simple, bright, and meant to share.
Serves 4
Ingredients
1 baguette, sliced into ½-inch rounds or angled toast points
4–5 ripe avocados (adjust based on baguette size)
2 limes, juiced
1 lemon, juiced
1 garlic clove, finely minced
3–4 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil, plus more for drizzling
Sea salt, freshly cracked black pepper, and red pepper flakes to taste
Microgreens, for garnish
Instructions
Prepare the Bread
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and drizzle lightly with olive oil.
Toast for 8–10 minutes, or until golden and crisp at the edges.
Make the Avocado Mixture
In a medium bowl, combine avocados, lime juice, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Mash gently with a fork until smooth but still textured.
Taste and adjust seasoning — it should be bright and well-salted
Assemble
Once the bread is crisp, arrange the toast points on a serving platter.
Spoon a small amount of avocado mixture onto each piece, smoothing it slightly with the back of a spoon.
Finish
Top with a handful of microgreens, sprinkle of red pepper flakes, and a final drizzle of olive oil.
