Avocado Toast Points

Golden toast, fresh avocado, and a squeeze of citrus — simple, bright, and meant to share.

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 1 baguette, sliced into ½-inch rounds or angled toast points

  • 4–5 ripe avocados (adjust based on baguette size)

  • 2 limes, juiced

  • 1 lemon, juiced

  • 1 garlic clove, finely minced

  • 3–4 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil, plus more for drizzling

  • Sea salt, freshly cracked black pepper, and red pepper flakes to taste

  • Microgreens, for garnish

Instructions

Prepare the Bread

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F.

  • Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and drizzle lightly with olive oil.

  • Toast for 8–10 minutes, or until golden and crisp at the edges.

Make the Avocado Mixture

  • In a medium bowl, combine avocados, lime juice, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

  • Mash gently with a fork until smooth but still textured.

  • Taste and adjust seasoning — it should be bright and well-salted

Assemble

  • Once the bread is crisp, arrange the toast points on a serving platter.

  • Spoon a small amount of avocado mixture onto each piece, smoothing it slightly with the back of a spoon.

Finish

  • Top with a handful of microgreens, sprinkle of red pepper flakes, and a final drizzle of olive oil.
