Ingredients

1 spoonful pomegranate seeds
1 small rosemary sprig
Chilled champagne or sparkling wine
Instructions
Add a spoonful of pomegranate seeds to the bottom of a chilled flute.
Lightly roll the rosemary sprig between your fingers to release its aroma, then nestle it into the glass.
Slowly pour cold champagne on top, letting the bubbles lift the rosemary and tumble through the pomegranate.
Serve immediately — simple, chic, and perfectly festive.
