  • 1 spoonful pomegranate seeds

  • 1 small rosemary sprig

  • Chilled champagne or sparkling wine

Instructions

  • Add a spoonful of pomegranate seeds to the bottom of a chilled flute.

  • Lightly roll the rosemary sprig between your fingers to release its aroma, then nestle it into the glass.

  • Slowly pour cold champagne on top, letting the bubbles lift the rosemary and tumble through the pomegranate.
